Results

The results screen provides an overview of participant data collection. Key elements include:

  • Participant Details: Shows identifiers, names, language preferences, group affiliations, and organizational details of the participants.
  • Message Dialogs: Lists all messages sent to participants, including their status (e.g., "sent but not waiting" indicates that a message has been sent and no reply is awaited).
  • Variables with Values: Displays variables associated with selected participants along with their current values.
  • Export Options: Allows exporting selected data segments or all data associated with the intervention.

Export All Data Function

The "Export All Data" function in the CoachStudio Coaching Editor is designed to export all participant data from a specific coaching. The export includes participant details, responses, system variables, and any other data collected.

Data is exported as a CSV, facilitating further processing and analysis.

Steps to Export All Data

  1. Navigate to the Results section of the desired coaching.
  2. Mark all participants whose data shall be exported
  3. Click on the "Export All Data" button.
  4. The file will be generated and made available for download.

Edit Participant Data

The "Edit" function allows the user to modify the variable values of selected participants directly from the results screen.

Steps to Edit Participant Data

  1. Select the participant(s) whose data you wish to edit.
  2. Click on the Edit button, which becomes clickable after participant selection.
  3. A dialog box will pop up, prompting you to enter a new value for the selected variable.
  4. After entering the new value, click the OK button to confirm the change.
  5. The new value will be updated for the participant's variable, reflected in the "Variables with values of selected participants" section.

Send Message to Participants

In addition to data export, the results screen offers the ability to send messages manually and directly to selected participants:

  1. Choose the communication channel (e.g., app/partner message, SMS, or email).
  2. Compose the message
  3. Optionally, add variables to the messages.
  4. Define the time frame for handling the message as unanswered, which is crucial for follow-up processes.
