Beyond the chat messages of your Micro Dialogs, the CoachStudio Coaching Editor offers further channels and media to deliver your content to users in an appealing and effective manner: emails, push notifications, infocards, service channel news, commands and media objects. The following chapters guide you through each of them.

Questionnaires and the Media Library are set up in the CoachStudio Designer – see Questionnaires and Media Library. You use them in your coaching via Commands.
