Account

The Account section provides tools to manage your account security. Here, you can update your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.

• Set password: Update your password by creating a new one.
• Recreate 2FA Secret: Generate a new or an initial 2FA secret to replace the old one.
• Show 2FA Secret: Display the current 2FA secret, which can be scanned or manually entered in your authentication app for setup.
• Reset All Locks: When an admin user is logged into a coaching, it will be locked by that user. Choosing Reset All Locks will log out anyone currently engaged in a coaching session. This feature is particularly useful if you accidentally locked the intervention and cannot log out because the browser was already closed. You can reset your login by selecting Reset All Locks.

Note: Make sure to notify colleagues before using the Reset all Locks function to prevent potential data loss.
